Baboo's B-day!

BIRTHDAY BOY!!
  • Today is this guys 8th birthday! And I got him presents he seemed to enjoy - a new ball, a new bone and a new collar. Copper was a bit jealous and slightly confused as to why Bandit was getting new things and he wasn't. He will get his turn in March or possible sooner with Christmas right around the corner. SPOILED PUPS! I also got some oatmeal shampoo so if I have some time this week I can give both my boys a well deserved bath. I really hope I made Bandit's day, even if it was at 8 o'clock at night. Sorry bud, had to catch up on my work. He had to spend most  of his special day locked upstairs, my step sister doesn't like having dog hair all over her 4 month old. Poor pups :( If I had more time in the day, I might have made him some doggie treats from scratch, unfortunately I am not yet that talented. Perhaps someday I will find a simple doggie treat recipe on Pintrest and try them out.  But, right now the pups and I are cuddling on my bed getting all settled in for the night. Happy Birthday Bandit!

Bring on the Random.

So I wanted to start up my blog again. Which I started in my senior year of high school. Last post was February '08! That's two years ago... coming onto three years ago.
Well, I don't really have anything important to say about life. So I decided to be random. Cause that's who I am. I am a random person, who thinks of random stuff. And says this random stuff to my friends. Who in turn tell me I'm random. All in all I'm random. :D
Anyways... This is my blog post to start up my blog that no one will probably read but me. Yay! Isn't life exciting? Yes, yes it is. That is all...
Oh by the way. Sometimes I wish I could teleport. That would be amazing. Like, you don't even know!

While watching a movie

Have you ever watch a movie and realized that there are mistakes in it? An objects appear that weren't there before. Clothing changes while the focus is off of a certain character. Actresses hair moves or is placed in differently. Maybe the next time you watch a movie you'll catch these things or other things too. My friend and I always look for the odd things in movies, and it can sometimes ruin a movie, but its interesting to find the different mistakes in some movies.

And example: I rememeber watching "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and there is a part where the character Ben is talking to his co-workers, Tony and Thayer, and one of them hands Ben a white cup while he take a black cup. Then, when the point of view changes to Andie coming in and then back to Ben the cups switch. Ben now has the black cup and his the other guy has the white cup.

Most people don't notice these things but I do. I blame the fact that I took the class American Film.

Have you every noticed anything like that when you watch a movie? If so, give me an example.

March

The next month that is coming up is March. Have you ever heard of the saying that that March will go in like a lion and out like a lamb? Or the other way around, in like a lamb and out like a lion. I wonder if it can be both. Judging by the weather so far, what do you think March will be like?

Other Films

I have created many other film in my class. My friend, Megan, and I were not aloud to work on our final films together, so my final didn't turn out that well. I waited a long time to work on it. A last minute type of thing. My procrastination let me to work with Barbies on my final project. It turned out horrible. I was rushed into editing and I had to force Megan to help me. She still put in on her youtube page if anyone wanted watch my horrible creation. Her film was a lot better.

There was this Barbie my friend had that had rotating hair. It freaked me out. Do you think that a Barbie with rotating hair is weird?

My First Film

I created my first film in American Film class in my Junior year. It was a class project and I worked on it with my buddy, Megan. We called our project "To Disney We Go". Our film was a silent film, this means that there is no dialogue just music. It was about raising money for our little group to go to Disney. This film was a blast to work on, but a lot of work. Getting all of our friends to commit to the project was very difficult, and it got frustrating when no one wanted to help out. The editing process was difficult as well. Megan and I had to put each scene in the right place. We also had to make it flow and make it enjoyable to watch. In the end the movie turn out great and I was proud of my first film. Megan had set up an account on youtube where millions of youtubers can watch our first film.

Have you ever created a film or movie with your friends? Was it difficult to get an end product you liked?
